Look after it, it looks after you

  1. 01WipeDust with a dry microfibre cloth after use. A damp cloth for marks, never soak.
  2. 02ConditionRub in a thin coat of leather balm every three months, then buff.
  3. 03StuffStore with tissue or a soft cloth inside so the bag keeps its shape.

Materials, warranty, returns, cash on delivery and delivery times.

What are your bags made of?

Our leather goods use full-grain buffalo and top-grain cow leather from tanneries we audit. Canvas bags use 12 to 16 oz cotton, and travel cases use polycarbonate or aluminium frames.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years on stitching, zips and hardware for leather bags (five on the Rajpath duffel). Normal wear, colour change in leather and damage from misuse are not covered.

Can I return a bag?

Yes. Unused bags in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Message us with your order number and we will arrange pick-up.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, in all 64 districts. You can also pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card.

How long does delivery take?

1 to 2 days inside Dhaka (৳60) and 3 to 5 days outside (৳120). Orders over ৳3,000 ship free.
