Do you deliver to my district?
Yes, to all 64 districts. Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 days (৳60); everywhere else takes 3 to 5 days (৳120). Orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Always. You can also pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card. For high-value orders we may ask for a small advance on COD.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Tell us at the door if something arrives damaged and we will replace it.
Is there assembly, and what does the warranty cover?
Most items need no assembly; where they do, every box carries a picture guide and we share set-up tips by call. Warranty length is listed on each product page and covers manufacturing defects.
Do you take bulk, wedding or office orders?
Yes. Call or message the showroom for gift sets, wedding lists and custom quantities; we quote within one working day.
