  1. Stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper.
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.
  3. Find that length in the table. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
  4. Measure in the evening and wear the socks you will use with the shoes.
